Perlage Brut (DOCG Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore): Elevate your senses with the sparkling excellence

Prosecco Superiore Valdobbiadene is a small wine appellation within the DOC Prosecco's 64,500 acres, in northeastern Italy (Veneto region). The Valdobbiadene mountainous area and its wine-growing tradition since imperial times have been recognized in 2009 as DOCG. Only the varieties Glera (here 100%), Glera Luga, Bianchetta, Verdiso and Perera are allowed to make this Martinotti method sparkling, fruit from organic farming.

Visually, a golden yellow color begins to convey glamour along with a very persistent bubble because after several minutes it continues on the surface. A femininely delicate nose where floral hints from the Refrontolo fields coexist in harmony with notes from San Vendemiano's bakery and Tarzo's pastry shop. An brut and daunting entry on the palate, an intense and fresh development. Very nice (11.5% vol). Mouth-aromas for the nugget and stone white fruits converging at the end with Tarzo pastry notes at 12 o'clock in the morning.

Perlage wines offers a 13 euros price that sets it apart from the sparkling DOC Prosecco and provides a point of quality through an ecological sensitivity that we celebrate. Venetian and Italian gastronomy is the perfect to match with. Try the famous Bigoli all'amatriciana (local long pasta with slightly spicy red sauce). Another great possibility is the risotto di pesce con capesante (rice with fish and shellfish from the Ionian Sea). The stuffed pasta has its representation in Veneto through the Casunzie, delicious with a little parmiggiano only.
