Domaine Saparale rosé 2022 (AOC Corse Sartène)

The three main red and white varieties from the Corsica island join hands to create the classic range rosé from Saparale winery (currently 54 hectares). If you are thinking of spending your vacation on the south of the island, look no further: Domaine Saparale has an hameau in the middle of nature so you can relax with a glass of rosé wine in your hand.

A visually pale Sciacarellu – Nielluciu – Vermentinu assemblage, announcing a vocation for refreshment. An olfactory delicacy, which with the passage of minutes is revealed with notes of citrus fruit and white and yellow flowers. The freshness stands out in the entry in palate, with white stone fruit, lime and jasmine mouth-aromas. Vibrant development with the omnipresent freshness typical of the granite soils of Baisse Corse.

Once you are well settled, and with a few bouteilles of Saparale rosé (€ 10 per bottle) in the trunk, you can begin to explore the region. Start with the Cagna massif, with views of the sea, where you can reflect on everything a little.
