Rebmann brut (AOC Crémant d'Alsace)

At the foot of the Vosges mountain range, the Alsacian vineyard, forming a 170 km corridor, offers a wide range of wines including the three colors, Late Harvests, Selection of Noble Grains, Grand Cru and Sparkling. Its latitude benefits whites that mature better, Pinot Noir is the exception. The Crémant d'Alsace (founded in 1976) can be declined into 4 styles: Millésimé, Prestige, Blanc de noirs and Blanc de blancs.

Lemon yellow color, with a generous and elegant train of bubbles. A nose where citrus, herbal and white stone fruit notes stand out in balance. Refreshing entry into the mouth. Development with subtle notes of ripe apple, overshadowed by a notable and festive effervescence. Very appetizing echoes of orange peel. Always with the Alsatian tension and a raw emotion that awakens the pupils. Finish with echoes of delicious peach and apricot, respecting the dose of SO2 which in this case leaves a clean overall. 12% vol.

The Rebmann house is always a guarantee of quality and enjoyment with family and friends. A great brut to enjoy life's special occasions, as simple as they are committed (weddings, business meetings...). 7'99 euros of price. With sparkling wines, always a celebration meal. A banquet. In the regional section, a tarte flambée will delight children and maoyes. A thousand and one options to enjoy with this great wine.
