It is impossible not to feel the impulsee to visit south-west Corsica! We uncork three years after its harvest to observe a shine that hides many sensations. On the nose, forest fruit greets you with youth, then we find echoes of spices, maquis and Mediterranean moss. Very aromatic. Entrance of timid roundness in the mouth. Development of medium structure, with a very welcome freshness. The fruit is very present, as it should be. A beautiful expression of berry fruit with accent of the Corsican mountains before an eternal ending that makes you fall in love.
A very special wine, because it was the first cuvée (not the first vintage) produced by the winery. Therefore, a price of 16'50 euros is totally deserved and justified. You can try other wines from this wonderful winery without leaving the blog: start by reading about their rosé, which uses the Vermentino variety. Another great red is their 1oo%Minustellu, a native variety of the island that is a whirlwind of emotions in your little mouth.
