Caveau du Mas cuvée Calibre 12 (IGP Aveyron)

Whether you like white, red or rosé, discover the great diversity of the authentic terroir of Aveyron, the traditions and know-how of women and men, meet them in the heart of Caveau du Mas (banks of the Tarn river), share their passion and let you tell the story of his family, the legends of this pretty corner of eastern Occitania around a 12 gauge bottle.

A Syrah - Gamay - Braucol (Fer Servadou for friends) of opaque color confirming the predominance of the Persian Shiraz. On the nose, the hints of ripe forest fruit, violets and spices seduce and convince. Entry into the mouth with a charming little roundness, wide and vibrant development, where floral notes appear, and ripe fruit (13% vol.) prolonging until the end. Intense but easy to drink.

A cuvée created by Olivier, Seb and Gislain of almost 15 euros that presents and prepares the winelover to continue enjoying the other 4 denominations wines of the Aveyron province: Marcillac, Estaing, Côtes de Millau and Entraygues-Le Fel. As a pairing for this South-West wine we propose a Chicken basquaise with piperade sauce, peppers, tomatoes, garlic, Espelette pepper, fresh herbs.
