Jean-Paul Brun cuvée Terres Dorées 2020 (AOC Bourgogne)

Jean-Paul Brun is a french winemaker and the founder of the Beaujolais Estate Domaine des Terres Dorées. He is a leading authority in the production of Beaujolais and Gamay grapes, and is known for his commitment to sustainable and organic viticulture. His wines has earned high praise from industry critics and winefluencers, like who is writing this.

Ruby red color typical of Pinot Noir in youth, with a discreet extraction in the cellar. On the nose, a predominance of varietal bush fruit on a spicy background will delight lovers of pure fruity wine. Good intensity on the palate, always easy to drink and with prominence for the small fruits of the burgundian forest. In summary light but with intensity.

Mr. Brun looks for the fruit and gets it, one of the French specialists in achieving it. With that purity and that vibrant fruit he gives pleasure to all lovers of light wine. This cuvée is valued at 22 euros and shines in several of the best french restaurants. Due to the nature of this wine, the pairings are very wide, but for us, perhaps it can fall in love with a Mushroom ravioli seasoned with fresh sage sauce.
