Denis Mortet is one of those privileged people capable of extracting the best from each of his vines. The oldest Pinot Blacks will become an exciting and very drinkable cuvée after aging for 18 months in French oak (20% new!!).

Medium opacity color typical in Pinot Noir, disc in logical evolution. Uncorked five years later of its vendange. Intense nose with the typical Burgundy breed: wild berries accompanied by a touch of evolution around notes of liquorice, moss or undergrowth. In the mouth a wide and round entrance. A rich development but still fresh, with an elegantly silky texture. Medium-low structure marked by a spicy mouthfeel but always easy to drink. 13%
