A Pinot Noir of medium opacity and a beginning of evolution having uncorked four years after its harvest. Complex nose around truffle, cocoa, undergrowth or flowers notes. An entry into of a timid roundness. Very fruity, delicate and silky development. To emphasize the fineness, the class, the typical elegance of the Chambolle-Musigny style. Very complete. A so feminine and easy to drink juicy fruit, also with a little freshness

A village-type Burgundy valued at 139 euros by, which is the norm for this type of 'communal' wine. The Orveau highlands reflect in this vintage a limestone capable of put an enormous elegance and glamour. We repeat: a very complete Black Pinot. As pairing we could propose a Braised french pork cheeks, coarsed meat stock and Málaga sweet wine.
