Domaine Chiroulet cuvée Terroir Gascon 2021 (IGP Côtes de Gascogne): Fezas family presents you the 'Sud-Ouest' fruit

It's amazing how the nature of Gascogne and north-west of Gers province can inspire and transform. It is as if the green of Larroque-sur-l'Osse and the treetops come together in a constant work of art, which evolves over time. It is a perfect place to find inspiration and tranquility with a glass of cru Gascon produced by Philippe Fezas. Let's taste a Merlot 5o% - Cabernet Franc 3o% - Tannat 2o%.

Uncorked two years after its harvest, we observe how well it retains the tones of youth without compromising its general opacity. On the nose, a base of forest fruit (ripe black berries) is perceived, which is completed with lactic and herbal hints. Dry entry in the mouth. Immediately a delicious liveliness appears that brings sensations of juicy forest fruit (12.5% vol). A medium structure makes it very easy to taste. A pleasant finish that brings a feminine tannin that announces 'prêt à boire'.

This cuvée introduction to domaine is valued at 9.74 euros and you can buy it clicking here. You should always have a few bottles of Terroir Gascon in the cellar to show guests that the Gers province produces wines as good as Rhône or Burgundy. Do not hesitate to visit perhaps the best winery in the Gascony's côtes and the 45 hectares of vineyard with new but also old vines combed by the Chiroula wind.
